The Gunma Black is our premium court shoe.
Featuring ultra-soft full-grain calfskin leather sourced from a premium sustainable tannery, coupled with a breathable microfibre suede inner for comfort and wearability and a rigid heel panel for strength and support.

Design Process
There is no doubt court shoes are on trend, everyone in our office wears them and they have been a long time on our to-do list. When deciding to do our own take on the classic court shoe, we tore apart many pairs of shoes ranging from $99 to $500 luxury brands and took to the drawing board to build the ultimate sneaker.

They had to be Quality Full Grain Real Leather.
Synthetic is cheap to manufacture but wears badly over time and leaves your feet sweaty and smelly, we spent over 6 months sourcing and testing, with the final product full grain leather used coming from a premium sustainable tannery that supplies many high-end luxury brands. -
They had to be value for money.
We're not a hype brand, our vision is always to create the most premium product for a good price. Not only are these unique, but they are also one of the most affordable full-grain premium leather all-white on the market. -
They needed to be comfortable for all-day wear.
All the team have a pair, and we have been wearing prototypes for almost 12 months now, at the office, at the track, at the beach and in the car park. -
They needed to have a high-top equivalent
While most of the guys in the office wear lows, the boss prefers high tops. We are still testing them, and they should be launching mid-2023! -
They needed to be uniquely HardTuned JDM.
We are car guys, so we want automotive detailing and feature love for the areas of Japan we spend most of our time in. -
And finally...they needed to be customizable.
Again, we don't drive standard cars. why should our shoes not come with customizable options? We're keen to see what other personalization people do with their shoes!

WARRANTY & RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 100% refund on the purchase price if returned within 30 days. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags still attached, and you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your items.
We also offer a 30-day warranty on all our clothing, covering any manufacturing faults or defects. This includes issues such as zips, overlocking, hems, prints, stitching, fabric, embroidery, or any damage that occurred during shipping.
Unfortunately, this policy does not cover change of mind, damage caused by incorrect washing, rolling in oil while working on your car, or general wear from activities such as burnouts or rough handling.

This is my second pair of Hardtuned shoes, the first one I bought was the Fuji 3 and I love them so I figured I would buy the Gunma Blacks and let me just say I am not wearing anything else other than hardtuned shoes in my life because of how good they look and how comfortable they are. Everybody is asking me where I got those when I go places hahaha
I love these Gunma Black sneakers. They are well made and comfortable. The soles aren't too thick like some sneakers are, so the are great for driving, especially in a manual car when heal toe gear changing.
I bought these for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves them! He wears them everyday and talks about how comfortable they are and how amazing the design is!
Once again, HardTuned have delivered an amazing product. I purchased two pair of the white shoes and the only thing missing was the black ones. I finally pulled the trigger and purchased them. Awesome. Highly recommend this company and their products.
Amazing quality and workmanship on the Gunma black sneakers. Ordered one size up from normal, and they fit perfectly. Really happy with my purchase. The initial fit felt a little different from your typical shoe, but within a few days they broke in. They've become my go to shoes to wear at work doing European motorcycle sales. They were worth the wait having them shipped from Australia all of the way to the US.

Absolutely love them. The shoes look and feel very high-quality, sporty and still elegant. The clear sole looks awesome and is comfortable if a little stiff and sticky at first. The inner lining is buttery-soft. They do run a little small and pretty narrow around the toebox. Would prefer it if the black and red lace charms were also metal instead of rubber - hope they still last because I like them better than the metal ones. Definitely worth the price and the (short) wait - shipping to Germany only took a week.
