Orders are dispatched from our Gold Coast HQ in Australia using Australia Post and DHL Express.
We dispatch five days a week and aim to process all orders within 24hrs.
Certain products such as window banners are custom-made to order so may take a little longer to dispatch.
On weekends & public holidays, orders will be processed next business day.

In the event of a large promotional period we may take a little longer to get your order dispatched, but will always prioritize orders by the date they were placed.

If for ANY REASON you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 100% refund on the purchase price if returned within 30 days.
We also offer a 30 day exchange/replace/partial refund policy on all our clothing, covering any manufacturing faults or problems. It covers things like zips, overlocking, hems, prints, stitching, fabric, embroidery & any damage that occurred during shipping.
It unfortunately does not cover change of mind, damage from incorrect washing, rolling in oil while working on your car, or general wear caused by doing burnouts or play fighting with your pitbull.

Shipping insurance will cover the customer in the event of lost shipments or damage to the product caused in the shipping process.
PLEASE NOTE THIS SHIPPING INSURANCE IS NOT VALID FOR ECONOMY & UNTRACKED SHIPPING AND SHOULD NOT BE CHOSEN.
A lost package is defined as a parcel that has not been delivered within the following time frames:
In the event a parcel has not been delivered in the times mentioned above an investigation will be launched with the relevant shipping company. This process usually takes 3-5 business days.
If the parcel cannot be located, HardTuned will dispatch a full replacement of the order to the customer.
Shipping insurance does not cover packages that have been GPS tracked to your door or marked as delivered by the courier. (ie. Items that have been GPS tracked and marked as delivered to your address, but then stolen/lost after delivery)
