The threads attaching the lanyard to the clip are extremely coarse, irritating my neck all the time, so it's actually annoying to wear.
I also can get no response regarding the reversible GTR beanie that I've previously purchased that is separating at the seam.
Not impressed with you guys.
Emailed, used the contact us link and left a message on Facebook with the order number and zero response. With that I am not looking to purchase from you in the future unless it's made right.
